Hiring supervisor and/or search committee selects the final candidate to move forward.

Candidate Pre-Screening

Final candidate completes required pre-screening tasks (background checks, reference checks, etc.)

Verbal/Contingent Offer

Final candidate is contacted and provided a verbal offer that includes proposed pay.

Offer Letter

Hiring department coordinates a start date with the final candidate and submits an offer letter through the application portal for final candidate acceptance.

Onboarding

New Hire completes applicable on-line and in-person onboarding requirements related to new employment or change in position.
